Meet Caruso Beauty!
At Caruso Beauty, inner and outer beauty is intertwined and one cannot shine without the other. This is a core belief for stylist, Jess Caruso. She has been a stylist at Zealous Art Studio & Tattoo since November 2017.
Jess received her cosmetology license from Paul Mitchell The School in Normal, Illinois, in 2012. Before returning to the Freeport area to continue her career as a stylist, she apprenticed at a salon in the Bloomington-Normal area.
Jess takes the time to listen to each client’s beauty needs and desires. Her thorough consultations ensure that you’ll receive a new hairstyle that makes you look and feel amazing. If you’re unsure of the style you want when you come to your appointment, Jess has a talent for suggesting new hair possibilities tailored perfectly to your personality and lifestyle. Her attention to detail and passion for client satisfaction make her the best choice for your new ‘do.
You will feel supremely pampered no matter which beauty service you choose. Jess offers a wide range of services: haircuts, undercut designs, color, conditioning treatments, styling, and more. She has experience working with many hair textures from thick and curly to fine and straight.
Aside from being an excellent stylist, she is also very approachable and kind. Jess is an excellent conversationalist, so the time will fly by as your new hairstyle comes to life.
You will walk out of your appointment at Caruso Beauty feeling refreshed and looking fabulous.
When Jess isn’t styling hair, you can find her volunteering at Freeport’s Winneshiek Playhouse where she is an active board member, or checking out the coolest spots the 815 region has to offer. She is also a lover of nature, animals, and all things creative.
